First-Year MFA student publishes essay
Gloria Mwaniga, a first-year MFA student from Kenya published an essay inspired by the writings of Nora Ephron. The essay, “A few more words about breasts” appeared in the May 15 edition of Isele Magazine. Mwaniga is the recipient of the Miles Morland Writing Scholarship. Her writing has appeared in The White Review, The Johannesburg Review of Book, The Nation, and elsewhere.
